ESMAR COMPANY INC. was founded by Wesley Funston in 1968, beginning with a strong customer following and twenty-two years of experience in servicing the food processing industry selling cleaning and sanitation products for a major national supplier.

Wesmar's major business activity is to develop, manufacture and market cleaning, sanitizing and water treatment compounds for food processing and industrial plants. We have also expanded into other industries, including the metal process, airline, waste management, institutional, water treatment, wastewater treatment and automotive industries.

Our mission is to deliver quality, environmentally responsible products and services to customers in a timely fashion, at a reasonable price. We continually strive for product improvement and innovation. We are also dedicated to providing a safe and rewarding environment for our employees.

Wesmar primarily services Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Utah, California, Montana and Alaska. Wesmar uses distributors to cover other portions of the United States, as well as such international markets as China, the Philippines, South Korea and Canada.

Wesmar currently manufactures over four hundred products. Our chemists are continually designing new formulations and improving existing ones. We also develop specific products to meet our customers' needs, many of which are designed at their request.

Wesmar has registered over 270 products with the USDA, listed in the NSF White Book. Wesmar products are also Kosher, and are EPA registered when required. Our Standard Industrial Classification is Code Number 2842.

Wesmar employs over fifty people. Sales are in excess of fifteen million dollars for Wesmar Company and Wesmar Automotive. Manufacturing and warehouse space in Lynnwood, WA covers 50,000 square feet, with additional warehouse space in Portland, OR; Spokane, WA; and Fontana, CA.
